Process and Purpose of Assessment

Students use brainstorming to access prior
knowledge. Teacher uses it to gauge readiness for
the unit
This is to monitor the progress of the students. This
is where assessment, evaluation and feed backing
comes in.
Students answer prompts in their module related to
the unit. I use a critical thinking rubric to assess their
thinking as well as their understanding of content
knowledge.
This is to check whether each one is function in the
group.
This is where scaffolding comes in they will going to
interpret what they learn and assess them if what
they are doing is correct.
This is to showcase the execution of the skills they
have learned in the class
The students will use this to evaluate either they
were able to perform the said tasks.
Students reflect upon what they have learned this is
where they are going to relate their experiences in
class to real life situations. It is also used to see the
progress of learning to them.

right after that they will going to have a practical test to test how far
they have learned about the said topic. After the practical test they will
be required to have an outcome based project where they are going to
insert technology through their chosen activity. For example, in playing

badminton, they are to use PowerPoint presentation to show what

schools or group who are to play, Excel for viewing of the games
schedules, and posters for the advertisement of their tournament.
After their activity they are to reflect and process their own activity.
