NOTE:
1. Submit a letter at the latest 2 weeks before
the commencement of the semester.
2. Postponement Fee/semester: Rp. 1 Million
(if paid by 2nd week of commencement of
the semester); if later then the fee will be
Rp. 2 Million.
3. Maximum Length of Study : 6 Semesters to
complete your PGP

Reinstatement Procedure

Finance Rules & Regula1ons

1. Payment Schedules:
Students on installment plan need to ensure payments are DONE based on the agreed
dates.
Otherwise, you will not be allowed to sit during final

examinations or submit papers ( which include ECU and C&G).

Students who have fully paid International Examination are eligible to take part in the
International Examinations. Successful students will receive International Certificates from
LSPR Partnering University / Institution.

2. Repeat Subject /Cross Enroll:

You have ONLY 1 (one) subject free of charge to Cross Enroll during your entire study at
PGP.

The 2nd time you failed (any succeeding subject or the same
subject), you have to pay the repeat subject (Rp. 3.5 Million/subject).

3. Semester Extension :
You are expected to complete your studies within 3
semesters, MAXIMUM studies period is

6 semester !
To extend for another semester, you will be
charged an additional fee for Rp. 4 Million/
semester.

Rules of Students Adendance

1. Students are allowed to be absent for a maximum of 4
.mes / per subjects / per semester
2. No recommenda.on leWer required for absences > 4 as
decision is made by Program Director and not
respec.ve lecturer.
3. There are no re-sit test for Mid Test and Final Test
unless:
RAdjacent exam schedule with other subjects
RMourning/death of immediate family
RBusiness trip assignment (only for working students)
RSick and hospitalized

Other Rules
4. PGP LSPR is trying to ensure the maximum # of
replacement class will be 2 / subject / semester.
5. Schedule of Replacement will be favorable to
Students on their normal learning schedule

several companies that STIKOM LSPR is in
partnership with. Among them are Mitra Adi Perkasa,
Tbk and Mandarin Oriental Hotel and we are now in
progress of creating partnerships with other
companies.

Should there be any job openings or vacancies in our
partner companies, London School will be informed
in advance.

SIS Programme
PGP LSPR Jakarta is very happy to introduce a program
called SIT-IN STUDENTS (SIS) program with a view to
improve the quality of learning process.
In a SIS program, every student at PGP LSPR Jakarta is
en.tled to enhance their academic knowledge in
dierent areas in addi.on to their choice of Study
Concentra.on. Thus, PGP LSPR Jakarta students will
have the exibility to aFend the classes of a subject
from another Study Concentra:on even though it is not
listed on their respec.ve KRS.

There are 2 kinds of SIS program: Category A or B

A: Students who will aWend full 14 sessions of SIS Program will
receive a CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE at the end of semester
with the Subject Title, Name of Lecturer men.oned in it and
signed by Director of PGP LSPR Jakarta

B: Students who will aWend only few sessions (not all 14
sessions) will NOT RECEIVE ANY CERTIFICATE

SIS Program is conducted with:
Approval of lecturer for the said subject of interest by Student
Maximum number of 25 students in the class
Students DO NOT par.cipate in Mid Term, Final Exam and other
tasks/assignments that are conducted in the class.
