Alexs Lemonade Stand Foundation
Million Mile Run is an event held to raise money and awareness for childhood cancer. Together, my team and I ran over 200 miles
and raised over $100 dollars for Alexs Lemonade Stand and childhood cancer research.

Legacy Week Team Education (April 2011)
Legacy Week is an event held by the Mount Leadership Society in which members plan service projects to honor the legacy of Ruth
Weimer Mount. I helped plan and carry out several projects including fundraising events which proceeds went to a scholarship we
created that would be awarded to a scholarly and financially needy, local high school senior. My team also planned a Technology for
the Elderly event in which we taught Senior Citizens tricks and tips about todays technology.
Mentoring Fun Day (January 2011)
This event is held for agencies such as Big Brother and Big Sisters. I was partnered with a child (mentee) and escorted them around
the activities my scholars program helped to organize at the RPAC for a day full of fun.
Fall Harvest Jamboree (October 8th, 2010)
I helped coordinate the bobbing for donuts event at the Fall Harvest Jamboree which is held for Columbus area families.
Empty Bowls (September October 2010)
Through the months of September and October, my scholars program made and glazed clay bowls which we then sold for
donations that benefited the Mid-Ohio Food Bank.
