Sub:- Proposed construction of Residential building at Swiss town
Sadahalli, Bangalore.
With reference to above, as per discussion held with Ms.Sushma at site on 12-3-11 regarding the finishing of
various works to be completed as follows.
1. Internal & external plumbing works
- by 31st March.
2. Installation of solar water heater
- by Mid of April.
3. Fixing of fixtures for toilets
- by April 1st week.
4. Fixing of wood shutters for windows
Including glass & hardwares
- by 31st March.
5. Fixing of internal doors for ground floor - by 31st march.
6. Fixing of internal tile works
- by 1st week of April.
7. Laying of vitrified tiles in bedrooms
& balcony flooring.
- by 31st March.
8. Fixing of granite for pooja, kitchen.
- by 1st week of April.
9. Painting works (G.F only)
Internal (primer & putty works)
- by 31st March.
External works primer
- by 31st March.
10. Electrical wiring for G.F & F.F
Fixing of switch boxes in G.F & F.F
- by 1st week of April.
11. Compound wall foundation & fixing of
Chain link fencing
- by end of April.
12. Fabrication of work @ terrace,
Architectural features.
- 1st week of April.
13. Fixing of railings in position for balcony - 31st March.
Since many agencies are involved in the above works and funds are required to be released to the respective
agencies to complete the work. I request you to release an advance amount of around Rs.8,75,000.00 for
which the break up is given.
