Mays Landing Merchants Marketing Plan

About MLM - Mission Statement - What StockPRo Can Do


The Mays Landing Merchants Association is one of StockPRos clients. They
host events throughout the year in Mays Landing and would like to get bigger
turnouts for their events.
Our Mission is to promote and organize our clients events in order to bring a
higher turnout and have vendors set up in an orderly fashion.
Our Services will include creating/managing social media accounts, creating media
kits, making flyers/posters, contacting bloggers that could attend and promote the
events, conducting audience analysis, and providing marketing advice.

Week 1 (2/22 - 2/28)


Introduce ourselves to MLM
Within our outreach email we must include:
Marketing Plan
Ask to update all social media accounts
Ask to create twitter & instagram for MLM
Ask about the content being posted
Ask for photos from past events to post on their SM outlets
Ask for all media kit instructions so we can produce them

Week 2 (2/29 - 3/6)


1. Set up meeting with Arlene for March 8, Tuesday.

Create social media accounts for South Jersey Wine Festival
Twitter
Instagram
Create a Hootsuite to connect all SJFest SM: twitter, intagram, and facebook.
Create a Klout to keep track of our SM presence.

Week 4 (3/14 - 3/20) *Spring Break*


Start looking over the bad feedback from last years SJWF
Conduct replies to each to show each other when we return from break.
Together: reply to the negative comments with appropriate responses.

Make sure each outlet has AT LEAST one post per week

Week 5 (3/21 - 3/27)


Compare our conducted responses to the negative feedback
Conduct a plan/post to ensure that this years event will be better.
Reply to users with appropriate responses.
Start conducting promotion tactics for South Jersey Wine Festival
Identify audience interested in this event
Work together on thinking of flyer/poster ideas
Start working on the media kits/instructions for the vendors
Weekly SM posts
Post at least four/seven days a week
Post on either twitter, facebook, instagram
Make sure each outlet has AT LEAST one post per week

Week 6 (3/28 - 4/3)


Continue working on the promotion tactics for SJWF
Finish started flyer, create another to compare, continue creating flyers
Plan the instagram best picture contest - write instructions
Figure out how to put a flyer on the Stockton TV
Weekly SM posts
Post at least four/seven days a week
Post on either twitter, facebook, instagram
Make sure each outlet has AT LEAST one post per week
Start researching a famous/well known wine-o blogger
If there is one local, reach out to see if they can promote the event
In return, free ticket? Free wine for the event?

Create a pitch letter to send Arlene
This goes out to surrounding resturantes to promote a possible wine-pairing dinner.
Continue working on each promotion tactic for SFWF

Flyer to promote external parking
Flyer to promote more wineries (from 9 to 16!)
Flyer to promote more food vendors!
Flyer to promote instagram contest
