Dear Social Security Disability Beneficiary:

If you are an SSDI or SSI beneficiary and you are considering a return to work, I
would like to invite you to attend a Beneficiary Outreach presentation scheduled on
April 27th, 2016, to learn more about the Ticket to Work Program. The Ticket to
Work Program is a free and voluntary Social Security Administration (SSA) program
that helps people between the ages of 18-64, who are in receipt of Social Security
Disability benefits return to work, without immediately losing their benefits.
The Suffolk County Department of Labor, Licensing & Consumer Affairs can assist
you with the Ticket to Work program as well as, employment resources, job
retention, job accommodation assistance, and on-going Benefits Advisement.
Our next Beneficiary Outreach presentation is scheduled on April 27th, 2016.
Please call or email as soon as possible to reserve a spot as seating is limited. If
you cannot attend on this date, please call or email so we can discuss your
individual needs.
