the schools in the state that had the highest improvement in MEAP
scores.
Implemented a parallel block schedule that allows a 13-1 student teacher
ratio for 50-minute periods a week, which allows for remediation and
enrichment.
Developed and Implemented a school business partnership with Howmet
Corporation
Implemented a new handbook in my first six weeks that brought
discipline back to the building.
Planned and implemented with School to Work Coordinator a 4-5-6
Career Day involving over 700 students from three districts.
Helped teachers achieve their first NCA Outcomes Acredititation.
Visiting NCA Chairperson for West Ottawa Elementary Schools.
Involved with bringing a 4-5 and a 5-6 looping rooms to the building.
Developed a plan to bring back full time music program for all students
that allows six performances a year.
