Sourcing suitable Candidates profiles in Job Portals
Attending the Calls in response of the Paper Adds.
Scheduling Interview with Management
Induction & On board formalities

Once a resource is on board, initiating and conducting the on boarding

formalities for the new recruits.
Issuing offer letters, appointment letters
Furnishing the mail to all the concern departments regarding the new
joinees on board.

Taking care of the Joining formalities which includes filling up the statutory forms,
