Dear Parents,
I am beyond excited to join the Summer Adventure team this summer as the Summer Adventure
Principal! This is the 17th year that Shelly Stanton and the Ridgewood Community School have sponsored
the Summer Adventure program here in Ridgewood. To celebrate our 17th anniversary, teachers and
staff within the Ridgewood School District have worked hard to establish fun and engaging classes that
will challenge and excite students throughout the summer. The course catalog is aimed at offering a
diverse selection of classes that enables all students to find a class that will appeal to their interests. In
addition, we will also have many special happenings throughout the summer that we know students will
enjoy. We hope that you will take a close look at the course catalog and be a part of our thrilling Summer
