Critical reflection

This semester was more challenging to me than others because I take

responsibility to teach fifty present of my MST schedule and trying to
make those classes are creative and beneficial for my students. My
observation is showing improvement from the first observation I had to
the third one, and I try to fix on the comment which my MCT and MST
are given to me and working improve the positive comment too. For the
next semester, I am going to work on my grammar on speaking with more
practice on it. Also, for next lessons, I will have I give students clear
instructions before they start the activity and let them start together
and I and linked my lessons to my PDP goals. More over I think I need to
work on my voice tone to get the students attention and make the class
more active. On the other hand, my MST teacher was very helpful and
telling me what the students need and how to deal with the different
classes we had and how to deal with their levels.
