Sanousi,
As clarification to the points below expressed by Mr. Omar Masaeed. I would like to
draw your kind attention to the following:1. How come and we delivered the basic audit requirements even before the
time table plan approved by your team, Mr. Sami Al Abwe inform me about
minimal delayed requirements and we provided him at the same day or the
same day.
2. I have already given the clarification to Mr. Sami Al Abwe during the meeting
with him last March 11, 2016. Furthermore, I gave all the needed clarification
to Mr. Mohammed Abdulkader and Mr. Sami Al Abwe during my telephone
conference with them dated March 16, 2016 and they reply with (no thank
you) when I ask them if there are any more clarifications for the audit issues.
Based on that, I communicated to Mr. Omar Masaeed many times and he
never mentioned in his replies that there are additional issues which gave an
impression that no more requirements or clarifications are needed, this is the
reason why I am too much astonished and surprised about Mr. Omar Masaeed
that it may affect our audit opinion. Finally, besides all the numerous
information and clarification we provided to our external auditors (Deloitte),
we are still ready to provide more of their requests if the they will provide us
with final list of all their remaining requirements.
In this occasion, I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to the efforts
and cooperation extended by Deloitte audit team and hoping you that they will
issue our audited financial statement for the year ended December 31,2015 by
this week
