Global Warming is one of the most important topics in the world. Global Warming is a
gradual increase in the overall temperature of the earth's atmosphere generally attributed to the
greenhouse effect caused by increased levels of carbon dioxide, chlorofluorocarbons, and other
pollutants. It is important that us humans stop doing the things we do that cause all these natural
disasters and climate changes because we want a healthy world to live in.

So basically global warming became a big topic during the industrial revolution. The
industrial revolution was a period of major industrialization that took place during the late 1700s
and early 1800s. It began in Great Britain and quickly spread around the world. This transition
included going from hand production methods to machines, new chemical manufacturing and
iron production processes, improved efficiency of water power, the increasing use of steam
power, the development of machine tools and the rise of the factory system. These chemicals
caused climate change and air and water pollution.

Air pollution is the presence in or introduction into the air of a substance which has
harmful or poisonous effects. Other planets have sunlight, but the Earth is the only planet we
know that has air and water. Without air and water, the Earth would be unable to sustain life.
Without air then we wouldnt be able to live, its as simple as that. In order for us to have the air
than we have to be able to have trees and for them to filter our carbon dioxide and turn it into
more oxygen. Air pollution is caused by all of the greenhouse gases being released into the
atmosphere. The big industrial buildings release all of these gases into the air and it caused air
pollution for years to come.

Water pollution is just as important as air pollution. If we get these gases into our water
than our water will be toxic as well. In Flint, Michigan they are finding more and more toxic
waste do to human activity. Healthy drinking water is a major key to stay healthy and stay alive.
If humans cant stop doing these things than the earth wont be around for much longer. Water
pollution is caused by sewage of waste water. Most pollion occurs in the ocean and travels to
different bodies of water. A big problem is oil spills in the ocean. This is caused by big drills
drilling into the ocean floor to try and find more oil for the people on the world.

The burning of fossil fuels is also a big problem. The burning of fossil fuels is used to try
to find new easier ways to make things work faster. The term fossil fuel also includes
hydrocarbon-containing natural resources that are not derived from animal or plant sources. The
utilization of fossil fuels has enabled large-scale industrial development and largely supplanted
water-driven mills, as well as the combustion of wood or peat for heat. The burning of fossil
fuels by humans is the largest source of emissions of carbon dioxide, which is one of the
greenhouse gases that allows radiative forcing and contributes to global warming.

Littering is bad for the earth as well. Humans litter all the time, its like their
naturals instinct, whenever they are done with something they feel the need to throw it on the
ground or out the window. The earth cant take that in, it is not degradable. Humans need to know

that it causes major changes in the atmosphere by changing the temperature. When the climate
changes it causes more deaths such as heat strokes, cancer, and many other things.

The use of more and more electricity is not safe, Solar panels are the way to go because it
doesnt use any gas or oil. You set them up on the roof or anywhere you can and it soaks up the
suns energy to do your daily things like use electricity. Solar energy is a renewable energy
source. This means that we cannot run out of solar energy, as opposed to non-renewable energy
source. Harnessing solar energy does generally not cause pollution. However, there are emissions
associated with the manufacturing, transportation and installation of solar power systems
almost nothing compared to most conventional energy sources. It is clear that solar energy
reduces our dependence on non-renewable energy sources. This is an important step in fighting
the climate crisis. The majority of today`s solar power systems do not required a lot of
maintenance. Residential solar panels usually only require cleaning a couple of times a year.
Serious solar manufacturers ship 20- or 25-year warranties with their solar panels.

Stopping global seems easy but it is very difficult. Humans need to find more
efficient and safe ways to stop it. The best way to stop it is to speak up. This means to start a
program in your community to help spread awareness to your community. Another way is to buy
LED lightbulbs, they use up to 80 percent less energy than conventional incandescents. Theyre
also cheaper in the long run: A 10-watt LED that replaces your traditional 60-watt bulb will save

you $125 over the lightbulbs life. Drive fuel efficient cars, they use up less gas that goes into the
air, or take a bus so you dont use up so much gas.

In conclusion, humans need to find more efficient ut safe ways to do their daily things in
life. Its not easy but i believe that we can do it if we all work together to live in a safer world and
live longer.
