Trade Out Agreement

This describes the Trade-Out Agreement in effect between HOTEL NAME

(Hotel) and COMPANY (Vendor).
The Vendor agrees to provide the Hotel with the following goods/services, at no
charge to the Hotel.

In consideration for the above goods or services, the Hotel agrees to provide the
Vendor, its customers, associates, employees, or other assignees with Forty (40)
room nights at the Hotel at no charge.
Food, Beverage, and Incidental charges are not included in this Agreement, and
must be paid for separately and at the full retail amount charged by the Hotel,
plus all applicable taxes. The Hotel reserves the right to obtain payment directly
from the guest for these goods/services, and may require a valid credit card or
direct payment from the guest at check-in.
Upon providing the agreed-upon number of room nights, at no charge, to the
Vendor, the Hotel has fully discharged its obligations under this Agreement. Any
additional rooms given to the Vendor at no charge must be covered by a separate
Trade-Out Agreement.
This Agreement expires on December 31, 2016, or at such time as all
good/services and room nights described above have been provided, according to
the terms of this Agreement.
