Job Description
In-house hunter/farmer to drive & manage the execution of sales strategy and customer
acquisition process
in the assigned Branch and be responsible for meeting/exceeding portfolio growth and cross sell
targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Business Growth
1. To achieve the sales and activity targets assigned by the Management.
2. To strengthen and build on the relationships with existing customers and take ownership of the
assigned portfolio.
3. Play an active role in the smooth running of the branch and open customer accounts as per
Banks policy.
4. Provide efficient sales and service to branch customers and ensure high level of customer
satisfaction.
5. To Increase NTB relationships and cross sell Bank Alfalahs products and services keeping in view
the Borrowing, Saving, Transactional and Protection needs.
6. Strict adherence to KYC/ AML Guidelines, SBP policies & Circulars and all Bank Alfalah Ltd
policies & procedures.
7. Responsible for Cross Referring Bank Alfalah Solutions in order to meet customer's present and
latent Needs.
8. Complete adherence to the Sales MeXimiZer and Sales Process.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications: Must be a Graduate
Minimum Experience: Fresh candidates can be taken on board for this role.

1. Knowledge of banking standards, products and services.


2. Understanding of KYC/ AML Guidelines, SBP Policies & Circulars and BAF Policies & Procedures.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence outcomes.
4. Strong business planning & analytical skills.
5. Good sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
