ITAR REGULATIONS
Are you planning on attending ITAR restricted papers? Here are the ITAR Regulations:
Admittance to the restricted Technical papers is controlled by U.S. International Trac in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All restricted Technical
paper attendees MUST abide by the procedures and submittal of verication documents Mandated by the DoD. NO EXCEPTIONS.

item) NO copies of passport accepted and Government ID is NOT sucient proof for citizenship.

SAMPE CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations cancelled prior to April 25, 2016 are subject to a $100 service charge. Full registration fee will be charged for cancellation
after April 25, 2016. Substitutions and changes may be submitted in writing to Priscilla@sampe.org through April 25, 2016. SAMPE does
not accept responsibility for any "No Shows" at the conference. Regardless of their attendance, these individuals will be charged for the
cost of their registration. Registration and attendance at, or participation in SAMPE constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SAMPE
for their use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes,
electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities. All participants agree to wear their badge at all times during the
event and may not "share" their badge with other attendees. No children under 18 are allowed in the exhibition hall. Registering for this
event indicates an acceptance of these terms.
