Describe how you applied, IT, business, customer awareness and numeracy skills during
your work experience.
As I mentioned on the proves journal that most of my work was applied it like making
presentation on PowerPoint, using Excel to make scandals and little of business like
calculating the bills
Compare the skills you learned in the HCT College with the skills needed to succeed in the
workplace.
I feel that it, math and emotional intelligent course was the most important course that
helped my with my work experience because the skills I learned form that courses was
required on my daily work.
Evaluate the competencies and skills that you still need to develop.
I need to improve my dealing with different personality and time management skills.
How could the HCT College have prepared you better for Work Experience?
Reflect on feedback you have had on your work, and how you plan to use it.
They gave us emotion intelligent course before the work experience. That course was the
most important after the IT and math courses that we take in our first year because it help us
to know ourselves and other better and also how to manage ourselves and other.

From that work I chose to have my own business because I cant or I feel uncomfortable to
work under other management.
