Achievements:

Provided cleanup efforts for the Oso Disaster, a SR 530 Mudslide and Landslide claiming 43 lives and destroying or
damaging 35 homes. Worked with multiple local, state and federal agencies to coordinate response and assisted
survivors. Completed work within 78 days recovering all victims and over 1000 personal property items, with only
one recordable OSHA incident.

Worked with agricultural coordinator to develop alternative local cash crops for area farmers. Developed field trials
for canola production to counter lower dairy prices. Designed and constructed a dryer, storage, and crusher facility
using landfill gas for dryer operations in 9 months proving the validity of canola as an alternative cash crop.

Established Sustainable Building Task force to guide 15 green projects through the regulatory permitting process.
