SUMMARY OF THE RESULTS
The survey is being conducted as a practice exercise by the students of Marketing Research & Analytics. Our objective is to find out the opinions and ideas to improve the product and serviceability of Subway in our college cafeteria at Progress campus. The screening questions were all answered Yes by the respondents which showed us that the survey was reached to appropriate respondent. Based on the survey analysis we can Subway in cafeteria is quite popular. 47.62% visit Subway two to four times per month. Non-Vegetarian Subway is the most ordered Subway (66.67%). Majority of respondent is satisfied with the friendliness, helpfulness and appearance of the staff. The taste of the food provided also received favourable responses. The only issue respondents had was with the speed of the service. Pizza Pizza is the other alternative most respondents would prefer over Subway followed by Tim Hortons. 55% respondents will eat Subway more often if more discounts and special offers is provided. Smoothies is the kind of drink 55% of respondents would want Subway to include in future. The recommendations provided by the respondents to improve the satisfaction with Subway mainly dealt with reducing wait lines. Other recommendations provided were to increase the area of Subway, more vegetarian options, accepting discount coupons and introducing orders to be taken on mobile.
