Private Aircraft
These are small executive aircraft that
offer the highest level of convenience
and flexibility in air travel. These can be
broken down into six categories.

Regional Aircraft
These are smaller aircraft with between
19 and 100 seats and typically operate
short commuter routes. These kind of
aircraft can be Turboprop or Jet.

Pistons - For small groups travelling


short distances these provide a
very cost effective solution. They
have between 5 and 10 seats with
unpressurised cabins.

Commercial Aircraft
These are the large aircraft with over
100 seats that that most people are
familiar with operating holiday flights
and scheduled services.

Turboprops - A cost effective charter


solution, with two turboprop engines
and pressurised cabins seating
between 7 - 29 passengers.
Light Jets - Small VIP jet aircraft
typically with between 4 - 8 seats
Midsize Jets - Medium range VIP jet
aircraft with between 6 - 10 seats and
standing height cabins.
Heavy Jets - Long range and very
spacious VIP jet aircraft with between
10 - 50 seats.
Helicopters - Helicopters provide even
more flexibility for short distance flights

Wet Lease means to lease an aircraft


on ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance,
Insurance) basis to the airlines that
required extra capacity for a specific
period and aircraft type, from the
airlines that has availability.
Dry Lease to lease an aircraft to
the fleet for use under the own Air
Operator Certificate to the airlines that
required extra capacity for a specific
period and aircraft type, from the
Lessor who has availability.
A Charter or a Series Charter means
an air carrier provides flights between
specified points on a regular basis,
usually weekly, so that holiday
arrangements can be organized backto-back.

instructions would be sent and a
holding deposit would be required.

Leasing Checklist;

On pre-owned aircraft a pre-lease


inspection can be arranged at a
mutually agreeable destination (at the
Lessees cost).

Mandate letter;
A copy of Business Plan and financial
Forecast or Balance Sheet;

After pre-lease inspection a further


deposit for the aircraft would be made.

Management Structure and history;


Proof of founds
After our review of the application we
will follow these points step-by-step:

On delivery day we would ferry


(position) the aircraft, at the Lessees
cost, to a point of the Lessees
choosing.

If due diligence is approved, an


offer would be sent to you along with
the specs, pictures, and LOPA of the
aircraft which matches the financial
parameters that they have been
approved for.
After an initial consultation, and a
mutual commission agreement that
AviBroker can indeed assist in the
project, AviBroker will forward the
terms and fee agreement for signature
by all parties.
Lessees decision must be notified
in writing within 5 business days. After
that, Lessee will receive an LOI (Letter
of Intent) that must be signed.

General Aircraft Sale Procedures


This follow industry standard
procedures for the procurement
of aircraft and will in all cases be
responsive and pro-active in our
dealings.
The procurement process is
documented and followed to protect
the interests of all concerned parties.
The benefits are that expectations
are met, progress is monitored and
obstacles are dealt with in a timely and
professional manner.
The following procedure presumes that
relevant Non Circumvention and Non
Disclosure Agreements are already in
place.

Standard Procurement Procedure:


1. Seller and Buyer to sign Letter Of
Intent;
2. Within 5 days End Buyer to deposit
Proof Of Funds for the full amount of
all aircraft into escrow;
3. Within 5 days seller to deposit
Manufacturers Serial Numbers into
escrow;
4. Within 5 days of End Buyer signing
the Letter Of Intent, ten (10) %
of purchase price to be
paid into
Escrow Account (this sum is refundable
should sale fail to close);
5. Escrow Lawyer will inform Seller and
Buyer once all documentation and
information has been approved;
6. Within 15 days Inspection of aircraft
to take place;
7. After successful inspection of each
aircraft End Buyer to sign a Letter of
Acceptance for the aircraft;
8. Sale and Purchase Agreement to be
agreed and signed for each aircraft;
9. On signature of Sale and Purchase
Agreement, Buyer transfers balance
of payment into Escrow and instructs
escrow to transfer full payment
to Seller for each aircraft post
acceptance and prior to delivery.
