Edenborn Avenue Drainage Improvements (18th Street to West Esplanade
Avenue), Public Works Project No. 2010-054-DR: The project consists
of removal and replacement of concrete roadway pavement with integral
concrete curb, installation of a new subsurface drainage system, removal and
replacement of concrete drives and parking areas with pervious concrete,
removal and replacement of asphalt drives and parking areas, removal of
existing concrete walks, installation of a continuous pervious, colored concrete
