AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION OF SALE
I, ARISTITUTO RUTO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Brgy.
Tina, Tacurong City, after having duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and state:
1.
That I am the same and identical person who executed a Deed of
Absolute Sale on May 28, 2000 in favor of Norberto Seridon concerning a parcel of land
with an area of 10,000 sq.m., a portion of 98,836 sq.m. real property covered with
Original Certificate of Title No. 43393;
2.
That said sale was notarized before Notary Public Jimmy C. Andang on
May 28, 2000 and entered in his notarial registry as Doc. No. 140, Page No. 28, Book III,
Series of 2000;
3.
That on May 2, 2001, the said 98,836 sq.m. real property was
subdivided into different lots per approved Subdivision Plan of Lot 982, Pls 73;
4.
That on December 11, 2001, I caused the total cancellation of OCT No.
(P-43393) P-8656 and petitioned the Register of Deeds of Sultan Kudarat for the issuance
of new titles for sublots 982-A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and I, Psd-12-034309;
5.
That on May 9, 2001, the Register of Deeds of Sultan Kudarat issued
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-48512 in my favor covering the land sold to Norberto
Seridon;
6.
That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the abovestated facts and circumstances and to confirm the sale I made in favor of Norberto
Seridon on May 28, 2000.

I, DOMINADOR PAJE, of legal age, Filipino, married to VERONICA
RACOMA and a resident of Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat, after having duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:
1.
That I am the same and identical person who executed a
Deed of Donation on April 24, 2003 in favor of Nenita R. Paje concerning a parcel of
land with an area of 460 sq.m. covered with Original Certificate of Title No. 15556;
2.
That said donation was notarized before Notary Public
Jimmy C. Andang on April 24, 2003 and entered in his notarial registry as Doc. No. 393,
Page No. 79, Book V, Series of 2003;
3.
That my intention to donate also the improvements
made thereon was inadvertently omitted;
4.
That I am executing this affidavit to manifest my
intention that all the improvements made on the donated land are also donated in favor of
the donee, Nenita R. Paje.
