Part 1 Preliminary Title, Books I and II, LCP, and amendments.
Time Allocation: 12 hrs.
Part 2 Book III, LCP and amendments. Time Allocation: 32 hrs.
Part 3 Book IV, LCP and amendments. Time Allocation: 8 hrs.
Daily Preparation Required:
1) understanding of the provisions of law pertinent to the discussion;
2) own/self-prepared case digest of six (6) assigned cases per class session
