INTRODUCING THE MINI REFINERY (MMR )

The modular mini refineries(MMR) is a strategic investment
towards creating a sustainable energy self sufficiency.
Nations all over the world use FDIs such as MMRs as key centers
for technological transfers, capacity enhancements and for
growing national experts in the refining and allied sectors thus
providing a vital value-creation platform for the youths, to advance
and
apply
their
skills.
Once set up and operational, each Mini- Refinery will directly and
indirectly empower over 1500 business men and women in the
communities where they are domiciled, not counting their staff
and families which could be well over 5000 per state.

acquisition and operation business package, that will provide
our clients in Africa and worldwide, the rare opportunity of
EXIM Bank Financed Equity ownership and operation of
Modular
Mini
Refinery
(MMR).
This package is accessible only to prequalified companies by
our partners, Financial Bridges Ltd.

MANAGEMENT AND OPERABILITY OF THE PLANT.

2- PROOF OF FUND FOR YOUR 25% EQUITY CONTRIBUTION.
3-SIGNING OF NON CIRCUMVENTION AGREEMENT AND
OPERATING MOU B/W OUR GROUP AND YOUR COMPANY

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS
1- To consider several units of Modular Mini Refinery, which can be
Cited in several Oil communities, as it has been proven to be more
cost effective, production-efficient, low-maintenance very compact,
affordable and easy to acquire, unlike the Conventional Refineries.
2- With a 10 months to 1 year set up period from the date of
payment of 25%, which guarantees that the plant will commence
operation with one year unlike the conventional Refineries which
takes between 5-7 years.

3- Refined product YEILD expectated from a 400000BPD MMR can be

achieved by 10-20 units MMR of 20000BPD, the major advantage is the
possibility of Installing the MMR units next to the Crude production Oil
Wells in different Oil communities , thereby cutting off huge
Production and distribution costs, associated with construction of
Loading pipelines, huge storages and more, as is the case with
Conventional Refineries.
Another key benefit is that locating MMR in different communities,
which can be structured as a Government/Community cooperatives
partnership business model.

This project approach I could be viewed as an indirect means of

introducing diverse sustainable economic and commercial
activities for the Oil-Rich communities inhabitants, Thus providing
them with the long sort after solution by the Government and
International bodies for providing alternative sustainable
economic source of livelihood to the communities.
It is a widely publicized fact, that most Oil Rich African
communities, notably the Nigerian Niger-Delta communities have
for endless decades in the past been at war with International Oil
companies for damaging their farmland, rivers and various natural
source of livelihood without any alternative sustainable
replacement.
