I am glad to hear that Solus is involved with both IT and Network consulting as I am
interested in advancing within the company. I have been in IT interning for the last
year for OneSolution where I have had the pleasure of working with various aspects
of IT. While at OneSolution I have provided excellent customer service while
conducting remote assistance to various clients, I have performed data recovery
from hard drives. I have had to troubleshoot hardware and software issue pertaining
to windows not loading or blue screen errors. I have also done basic Active Directory
user support such as password resets and new user and group account set up.
