1 packet mushroom-cut into medium pieces

1 tomato—cut into small pieces


3 carrot- grated
4 garlic cloves
1 onion-finely cut

put a small piece of butter into a heated pressure cooker. Fry the onion and the garlic till
brown. Add the carrot, mushroom and tomatoes and immediately add water. Add salt to
taste. Put the pressure cooker lid. After 5 whistles let the pressure cooker stand till all the
pressure has been released. Season with pepper.
