Subject: ACL LEHR PROBLEMS

Dear Sir,

With reference to the subject matter, please find below the detail of problems being
faced during the production of ACL:

ACL #1

1. Zone # 3 & 4 have bended beds.

2. Chain of lehr is broken.
3. Circulation is improper due to circulation blower and chain damage.
4. The ratio of replacing circulation blower is quite high.
5. The Number of Zones are less.
6. Feeding area of machine is also not wide enough.
7. Production hall is quite often choked due to lack of space and the stacking is also
improper.
8. Bottle after being washed is not provided on time; also the quality of washing is
below par
9. Due to unavailability of fork lifter, the production is halted at times.

Production loss, Poor glazing, lehr breakage and mis-printing are observed on
ACL #1 due to all aforementioned reasons.

ACL #2

1. Zone # 3, 4 and 5 have bended beds.

2. Chain of lehr is broken.
3. Circulation is improper due to circulation blower and chain damage.
4. The ratio of replacing circulation blower is quite high.
5. The Number of Zones are less
6. Feeding area of machine is also not wide enough.
7. Production hall is quite often choked due to lack of space and the stacking is also
improper.
 8. Bottle after being washed is not provided on time; also the quality of washing is
below par
9. Due to unavailability of fork lifter, the production is halted at times.
10. Roof of the lehr is rusted/ damaged and the supporting frames of blower are
extensively damaged.

Production loss, Poor glazing, lehr breakage and mis-printing are observed on
ACL #1 due to all aforementioned reasons.

ACL #3

1. Zone # 3 & 4 have bended beds.

2. Chain of lehr is broken.
3. Circulation is improper due to circulation blower and chain damage.
4. The ratio of replacing circulation blower is quite high.
5. The Number of Zones are less.

functioning of the ACL production.
