    Dear Sir/Maam:

    Good day!
    Im Irish Brendon Bagacina, second year Mechanical Engineering student and an academic
    working scholar from the Department of Commerce of your prestigious school.
    I wrote a letter to ask for your humble consideration to all the absences I committed. Due to
    some unexpected events I did commit absences that affected my performance as an academic working
    scholar. June 12, 2010, I was absent due to financial reason, I went home to get my allowance . June 26
    and 28, 2010 I was sick, suffered from tonsillitis I can't force myself to go to the office and work.
    Attach herewith is my medical certificate to prove that I did had a tonsillitis. Unexpectedly, September
    11, from an outing I was left by the bus and was not able to return home at the right time. And
    September 14 and 28, I went home because my mother got sick and I need to attend her as requested by
    my mom and my siblings.
    For some reason I'm aware that I fail to do my obligations as a working scholar, but there are
    some unexpected inevitable instances that also affects my performance and cause me to absent. I do
    promise to make up with my absences.
    Hopefully you can understand and consider everything I stated on this letter. Thank You.
