Show Rules
All entries must be original works by TAODA artists.
TAODA associate members are invited to apply for
artist membership to participate in this show.
There is a $20 entry fee. One pedestal piece per
artist may be submitted. Multiple hanging pieces may
be submitted.
This form and $20 entry fee payable to TAODA are
due by Wednesday, November 17. You may mail this
form and your check to Janet Bodin, 2517 Ella Lee
Lane, Houston, TX 77019 or bring them to the
November 13 meeting. Make a copy for your records.
Entries from out of town may be mailed to:

Mail in time to arrive by November 17 and include a
check for return postage payable to TAODA. This will
be returned to you in the event that your artwork is
sold.
All artwork must be delivered to the gallery on
Tuesday, November 30, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

SALES: Purchasers will make checks payable to
artist. The Jung Center does not collect sales tax.
When pricing artwork, artist should include amount to
cover sales tax. Please round the price to whole
dollars. It is the artist’s responsibility to ensure that
any applicable sales taxes are paid to the appropriate
taxing authority. Artist shall return to Jung Center
20% of sales price as a donation. Art work must
remain in the gallery for the duration of the show.
Artwork may be NFS (not for sale).
Unsold artwork must be picked up by artist or her
representative on Thursday, December 23, 9:00 a.m.
– 12:00 p.m.
LIABILITY: Neither TAODA nor the Jung Center will
be liable for damages before, during or after the
exhibit.
