Concept
• A grievance is a sign of an empoyee’s
discontent, either with the job or the
organization.
• The gap between employee expectations and
organizational rewards normally leads to a
grievance.
Causes
• Dissatisfaction of the employee
• Unpleasant relationship
• Unhealthy working conditions
• Job assignments do not match employee aptitude
• Lack of adequate resource to ach9ive objective
of the job.
• Denial of leave, overtime or other benefit.
