VOCATIONAL TRAINING INFORMATION & CHARGES:

During 2007 the UK Home Office/Government have now allowed Romanian and
Bulgarian nationals to work full time in the UK as long as the work placement
undertaken is part of an vocational course which is being followed.

CANDIDATES STATUS:

The candidate will be registered on a full time Vocational course within Hospitality,
Leisure and Tourism (or healthcare) and issued with a student card from the Home
Office. This will be arranged by our parteners from Great Britain and their nominated
colleges.

Our parteners will facilitate all the correspondance with the Home Office and these
documents will then assist the candidate in obtaining a NI number.
The candidate will be classed as a student following the vocational course which will
initially take up to one year. Once the course is completed and the candidate has
studied and worked continuously for 12 months they can then apply for a BR1 accession
workers card, giving them leave to work in the UK without restriction.

IF THE CANDIDATE DOES NOT FOLLOW THE VOCATIONAL COURSE THEY ARE
NO LONGER ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WORKING.

All candidates will be enrolled on a NVQ level 2 Hospitality or Healthcare Course and
may be required to travel or meet in another location as part of the NVQ training. The
National Vocational Course (NVQ Course) costs 822 pounds. The candidates will pay the
NVQ Course from their salary earned in Great Britain. (about 137 pounds per month for
6 months)The period of the course is 9 – 12 months, and after the NVQ Course is
finished all the candidates can apply for a Blue Card and a Work Permit. All candidates
will start the NVQ Course immediately after they arrive to Great Britain.. All candidates
will have a Yellow Card from the moment will start work.
