1. Place ACECLAMP® JR on each standing metal seam.

2. Tighten ACECLAMP® JR to 175 inch-pounds.

3. Place one washer on top of each ACECLAMP® JR.

4. Lower PV module onto washers.

5. Fasten module using appropriate clamp.

Tighten to
10 foot-pounds

Mid clamp between modules End clamp at module edges

Note: The orientation of the ACECLAMP JR along a

raised metal seam is relevant to the clamping perfor-
mance that the ACECLAMP JR provides. When attach-
 
ing to a raised seam, regardless of the roofing panel
profile, the ACECLAMP JR should be oriented
as shown in the illustrations.
