He was a great asset to our company and Yield application team. The Yield system maintains SAS programs & datasets that are used to produce various statistical and trend information that are downloaded along with the forecasts to the UNIX portion of the application for further conditioning and input to the SYBASE data base, yield models and GUI, ete. His contributions to all areas of company activities have been much appreciated. Sriniyas has regularly served in a production call support role answering day to day problems and support questions with confidence, urgeney and perfection. He is always on the look out for opportunities to increase his skill set. He has been involved in many of the systems projects. Srinivas understood that our Yield System is fairly dynamic and critical, and whenever approached, he would take lots of his time to help other team members conduct troubleshooting, and give sound technical guidance. Among all his accomplishments, I would like to highlight two of his outstanding contributions last year: he helped the Demand Forecasting project team to resolve many system performance issues and made it possible for the team to release this important project on time; and he was also instrumental in shaping the complex system designs of Yield Disaster Recovery. Clearly he not only has outstanding “can do” technical abilities but also excellent “will do” work ethics. This is reflected in the quality of his work and the respects he commands from all team members. In summary, feel that Srinivas represents the best of the best in delivering service and value to our Company.
