    Petition in Support of Darcie Clarke

    We the undersigned request that:

    1) Allan Schoenborn NOT at this time be released.

    2) The Criminal Code of Canada be changed so that individuals found "not criminally responsible" are compelled to complete
    treatment in the care of a Government facility.

    3) Victims and their families of an individual found "not criminally responsible" are to be notified in advance of any hearings
    involving the release (escorted or otherwise) of said individual.

    4) More than one (1) doctor to be involved in the review of release (escorted or otherwise) for a person found "not criminally
    responsible".
