Desayuno saludable

Hi friends, we are here again in Bannana-Split to teach you another of our secrets recipes of
healthy foods. Today yo will learn to prepare a very healthy breakfast, that contains natural juice
, vegetal sándwich and fruits with yoghurt light.  Maxi

For these you will need:Niko

Fort he juice :Niko

 1 apple
 2 oranges
 1 banano
 1 glass
 1 blender
 1 straw
 1 knife

For the vegetal sándwich: Niko

 2 integral bread slice


 250g goat's cheese
 1 tomato
 1 lettuce
 Olive oil
 1 knife
 1 fork
 Light salt
 1 plate

And for the fruits whit yoghurt : Niko

 Ligh yogurt
 1 orange
 1 banano
 1 pear
 1 knife
 1 bowld
 1 spoon

PREPARATION:Maxi

For the juice:Maxi

 Cut the fruits in pieces


 Put the fruits in the blender
 add half a glass of water
 turn on the blender
 when ready, serve it in a glass

for the vegetal sándwich:Niko

 to the integral bread we cut the edges


 we sting the tomatos in slices
 we take the lettuce and we cut of the same size to the bread
 and finally, we put the lettuce, cheese and tomato in to the bread, and then give it one
touch of alive oil

for the fruits whit yoghurt:Maxi

 we peel and cut the fruits in small pieces


 we put the fruits i9n the bowld
 we leave fall the yoghurt on the fruits

and we are ready for enjoy our delicious healthybreakfast Niko
