QUOTATION
Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed suppliers for supply of the following Survey equipment
as per specification noted below, to DCF, Working Plan, Chatham.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

1) The Sealed quotations will be received in the tender box kept in the DCF, Working Plan’s Office,
Chatham up to 11:00 am on 21/01/11 and will be opened on the same day at 11.10 hrs in the
presence of intending quotationer/their authorized agents who may wish to attend.
2) The rate of the items should be quoted in figures and in words.
3) The rate shall be valid till 30/06/11.
4) The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes if any for delivery of the above stores to RO
Nayashahar.
5) Income tax as applicable on IT will be deducted from the running bill of the contractor/firm as per
Income Tax Rule.
6) The quotationer must quote his PAN No.
7) The delivery of the item should be made within 20 (twenty) days of receipt of the supply order.
8) The quotationer should supply the items as per specification cited above.
9) In case of any dispute, the final decision will be taken by the CCF (R&WP).
10) The Deputy Conservator of Forests, Working Plan, Chatham reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all the quotations without assigning any reason thereof.
