Please note that we don’t require bill therefore kindly see to it that Tax
component wherever possible be disallowed. Further kindly negotiate
with the repairer for discount in the parts as well as repair/replacement
charges.
1. In Net of Salvage loss cases, we need DD of salvage from salvage buyers
in the name of Shriram general insurance company ltd. Or in the name of
Shriram transport finance company ltd.
2. In all cases we need DV or CCC sheet Duly signed by Insured along with the BM of
STFC branches, without which report is not to be send.
3.Please send the bank a/c no. with bank and branch of insured with your
report.
4. If vehicle has already been dismantled or repaired before survey then
please contact to dealing officer (0141-3928572) before assessment.
5. Please attached identity proof and address proof of insured duly attest
by you in case of assessment is more than Rs 100000.
6. IF Vehicle got dismantled or repaired (partly or completely) before your
survey please send your report as no claim and clarify the same thing
to insured.

Driving License, Estimate, FIR (if lodged), RC, CCC sheet,
