HOW CAN YOUR HOUSE BE HELPFUL?

1. Oxford house strives to be apart of the community they live in, look
around your community to see how you're house can best fit in:

• Be sure your lawns are mowed

• shrubs trimmed
• leaves raked
• weeds gone
• All unnecessary junk and trash removed.

2. Oxford Houses teach the concept of responsibility:

• Houses should always pay their bills in a timely manner.

3. If a zoning inspector shows up at your door, politely ask the inspector

to call the Oxford House, Inc. Office <301)5gT~1/G before they do an
inspection of the house.

4. If you're having an issue at your house that you think warrants calling
the police, please make sure that is the only way the situation can be
resolved, use at last resort.

5. Please remember to be respectful and courteous to your neighbors.

6. Hold down excess noise, like loud music, taxi horns blowing, etc.

7. please park in designated parking spots only;

• Never park on your grass.

8. Look for opportunities to be apart of your neighborhood:

• Join the neighbor watch
• Attend picnics or neighborhood functions
• Help neighbors that might need help
