Background: Demand from the market for Scania to offer high-visibility gloves
which both protect the hands and enhance safety when working
outside their trucks.

Product argument:
Not only road operatives need to be seen more clearly. The same is
true of drivers doing any kind of work outside trucks. Therefore,
Scania has produced a glove which provides protection and warmth,
as well as allowing the driver to be seen properly.

These are all-round gloves made from cow grain leather, with hi-viz
fabric and reflectors. These gloves enhance driver safety in many
environments, light as well as dark. The thumb and first finger are
reinforced for safety and extra strength. The elasticated seam over
the wrist improves the fit, and a substantial collar protects the wrist.
The fully lined glove also has an acrylic lining so that the driver does
not feel cold in winter or when transporting refrigerated goods.
