the City of Naperville exercise its option for a one year “no cost extension” pursuant to paragraph 28 of Award No. DE-OE0000277 of
the Assistance Agreement between the City of Naperville, IL and the U.S. Department of Energy, Washington DC dated April 21,
2010 and immediately cease and desist all work related to the installation of the City of Naperville Smart Grid Initiative.
