1. The Hydraulic jack is provided at the left side of the cabin. The valve is in the straight position (Neutral position) during normal condition. 2. Turn the knob to the left side. 3. Pump the Hydraulic jack by using the handle provided. 4. This releases the cabin from the wedge lock, provided on the cab support bracket 5. Further pumping results in tilting the cab by the hydraulic cylinder. 6. A mechanical lock slips into the slot of the hydraulic jack and locks the cabin stay in position.

Lower the Cabin - Hydraulic

1. Turn the valve to the right position. 2. Pump the Hydraulic jack this results in the reverse flow in the hydraulic circuit. 3. The Hydraulic cylinder while retuning back, the mechanical lock slips out from the locking position. 4. Further pumping of the main hydraulic jack pulls down the cabin. 5. The cabin lock its with the wedge automatically. 6. Return the valve to the Neutral position.

Vehicle Towing
* Before towing the vehicle the propeller shaft must be removed, other wise the gear box will seize due to lack of lubrication. * Fit the tow bar between the brake down vehicle and towing vehicle. * Completely drain the air reservoir. * Before towing release the parking brake by rewinding the spring brake chamber.

Spring Brake Chamber Rewinding

To release to brakes temporarily for towing the vehicle, in case of air pressure failure, the wind off nut with bolt must be unscrewed. Care should be taken to see that the wind off nut with bolt is screwed back to its original position as soon as the system is restored normalcy.
