Martin St., Delgado, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, Philippines, the VENDOR do hereby by these presents SELL, TRANSFER, CEDE and CONVEY in a manner absolute and irrevocable, but on as IS THERE IS basis and without any liability whatsoever on my part of the VENDOR, unto ELENA SOBREDILLA FUNAKI, her assigns, successors and transferees the above-described the motor vehicle. That ELENA SOBREDILLA FUNAKI, hereby accents the delivery of the motor vehicle in its good condition, and shall pay whatever taxes, charges and face in order to register the vehicle in its name.
