    June 9: Inter RAO halves supplies June 15: Belenargo paid first half (600 mln ruble, $21.2 million), supplies fully restored Deadline for second payment postponed by Inter RAO from June 22 to June 27, then June 28 morning, then midnight June 28: Inter RAO cuts off electricity supply to Belarus / Belarus meets about 12 percent of its electricity needs through Inter RAO supplies.

    June 29: Belarusian Deputy Energy Minister Lyudmila Zenkevich says Minsk paid off second half (600 mln ruble) at 18:00 Moscow time, Inter RAO to resume supplies at midnight.
