1. GivecorrectdetailsespeciallyFullNameasitwillappearonregistration.
2. Fullnameincludingspacesbetweenthemshouldnotexceedtwentyfive(25)characters.
Forexample:MARGRETMWENDEJOHN
3. Theregionisinreferencetotheexamintioncentrethecandidatewillseattheexam
andhenceselectthespecificprivatecentre.
4. Mobilenumbershouldalsobecorrectforeaseofcommunicationifneedbeandfinaly,
theemailaddressshouldbeavalidonesincetheusernameandpasswordwillbesend
onthesameaddress.Thiswillenablethecandidateloginandregisterfortheexam.

PDEsofficesasitwillbeadvised.KNECofficerswillverifyandinputthedetailsofthe
Bankingslip.AreceiptofRegistrationpaymentwillbeissuedtothecandidate.

Indexnumbersforregisteredcandidatesinreferencetotheregionofregistrationwillbe
generatedaswell.Forinstance,ifoneregisteredinKISUMUPRIVATE970101,theywillhave
indexnumbersstartingfrom970101001tothelastcandidateforexampleifwehave520
candidatesthen970101520.
