3. Meeting Notes, Decisions, Issues

All members were concerned about nationalized all phone line. It was mentioned how to create using auto code,speed dial and redundant phone line. Team agreed that we should analysis and finding first about authorization code. Mr Rashdan and Mr Mohd Cassim suggest TPC areas suitable for our project. Mr Ahmad suggest team member start meeting with vendor,GIOD IT and the relevant person. Reviewed the quick win,awareness,study of behavior,initial exploration of new telephone system thru celcom,beyond awareness (auto shut down / sleep mode) and trying come out with new ideas/design for awareness with email.

All member agree to start awareness campaign beginning in August. Meeting Structure/Format o It was agreed that meetings will continue to be held at 8:30 AM and Symbol Corporate Headquarters was a location central to all participants. o Team will consider, at a future date, reducing meeting duration to 1-hour, and increasing frequency.
