PROPOSAL FOR JOINING THE CORE COMMITTEE OF ACCOMODATION IN SYMPULSE

Dear sir/madam, I Hatim Riyaz Painter of class SY E, wish to join the core committee of the accommodation team as I think I am eligible for it and can perform the duties very well. I think I will be a useful asset to the team as i am dedicated and responsible. I will perform each of my duty with utmost dedication and hard work. I have the ability and skills to perform every function assigned to me of the accommodation team. I strongly believe that least cost can be attained by proper selection of the location of the hotels. Location has to be decided as per the cost of accommodation and also the cost of transport from the accommodated place to the symbiosis college. As transportation cost is also affected by the place of accommodation. Overbooking of rooms can be prevented through properly analysis of the participants and the faculties coming from out of pune and who are really attending the event. Also proper confirmation should be asked from the other parties so the rooms can be estimated to prevent the misuse of funds through overbooking of room. The facilities provided by the hotels should be such as it may attract the participants. The participants should get the basic facilities at its best so they are satisfied. I won t face any transportation problem as i have a two wheeler and will have easy access to any part of the city.

I have done quite well in my academics in the past year and think I will be flexible in my work and academics. I wouldn t let my academics and work get affected. I will give my best to the team and will perform my every duty assign to me at its best.
