Job Purpose
To assist customers in finding and purchasing the required merchandise in a retail environment. To encourage customers to purchase products and maximize sales by up selling related products or services.
Key Responsibilities
To achieve monthly sales target. To communicate and handle customer inquiries in a proper professional way according to the training provided and company rules and values. To Identify Customer need and provide him with the most appropriate products or services matches his needs. To provide the customer with accurate information about warranties, manufacturing, specifications of the product. To be up to date regarding prices promotions and new Arrivals Load and upload inventory Count money and record sales on system.
