high performance CMOS analog and Mixed signal circuits like High speed PLLs, Clock and Data Recovery PLLs, Equalizers, Data converters and Power Management ICs( LED drivers, DC-DC Converters, Charge Pumps, LDOs, AC to DC Converters, SMPS, Battery chargers etc),Voltage, Current references, Audio/Head phone Amplifiers, Sigma-Delta Modulators, Continuous time and switched-cap filters, Audio CODECs. Required Skill set: - Bachelors/Masters Degree in Electronics and communication engineering. - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Analog and Mixed Signal Circuit Design . - Solid Understanding and hands on experience in some of the following analog ci rcuits: Band gaps, OPAMPS, Linear and Switching Regulators, PLLs, Clock and Data Recovery PLLs, SERDES, Comparators, Voltage, Current Refe rence circuits, Audio/Head phone Amplifiers, Sigma-Delta Modulators, Continuous time and switched-cap filters, Audio CODECs etc. - Solid understanding of basic analog circuit requirements including noise, line arity, bandwidth and loop stability, both small signal and large signal. - Solid understanding of MOS device Physics, Process technologies, High Speed, L ow Power CMOS Design/layout Techniques. - Knowledge of physical layer designs for one or more of the following high-spee d interfaces is an added advantage: PCI-Express, SATA, HDMI, MIPI, MPHY, Xaui, USB2.0, USB3.0, High Speed Serial Links at 1-10 Gbps. - Ability to analyze system spec, perform architecture trade-off analysis, and t ranslate system spec into circuit block specs. - Experience with top level simulations and parasitic extractions. - Familiar with modeling languages like Verilog-A and MATLAB. - Good communication skill, good documentation skill, and good team work. **********************************************************************
