Vicky is very kind, caring and sensitive to the needs of the participants. She was a great team player, and was willing to help out whenever required. Vicky is able to take direction well, and is open to suggestions from others. I really enjoyed having her working with me, she was a BIG help. Very respectful of the staff and participants at Career Trek. Able to take initiative. She is more vocal and comfortable around the staff and kids. Vicky is really good at getting the participants motivated. Vicky has become more independent. Has become more involved in the activities.
