Sodexo Executive Summary Company History Sodexo (formerly known as Sodexho) is a provider of intergraded food and facilities management services that serve the United States, Canada, and Mexico. In 1966 Pierre Bellon launches Sodexho in Marseille, founded on the Bellon family's experience of more than 60 years in maritime catering for luxury liners and cruise ships.
