ON OR ABOUT 2011, the PLANTIFFS filed a lawsuit styled Case No. CV-1131618 in which the PLANTIFF CLAIMS that the DEFENDANT HAS UNLAWFULLY TAKEN TITLE TO THE PLANTIFFS PROPERTY LOCATED AT 165 COUNTY ROAD 1004, CENTER TEXAS, 75935.
